Payment Overdue Policy

1. Payment Terms:
All payments are due within the specified payment period agreed upon at the service provision. You can find your payment period in the invoice sent to you via email.

2. Overdue Payments:
a. If the payment is not received within the stipulated period, it will be considered overdue.
b. A grace period of 1 month from the original due date will be allowed for payment.

3. Additional Charges:
a. After the grace period of 1 month, a penalty of 15% of the total overdue amount will be applied.
b. The calculated additional charge will be added to the outstanding balance.

4. Collection Process:
a. If the payment remains overdue for 5 weeks (35 days) from the original due date, the account will be transferred to a collection agency.
b. The customer will be notified of this transfer via email or written communication before the action is taken.

5. Responsibility:
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure timely payments. Any failure to comply with these terms may result in additional fees and collection actions, which may affect the customer's credit status.
